Hi I’m Kristianna.
Bridging systems, strategy, and human experience.

I'm a product manager with 6+ years driving feature delivery on platforms serving millions of users — and a builder who took that experience outside of work to design and develop an AI-powered product from scratch. My years as a BA and functional design lead taught me how data systems fit together and how to move between business stakeholders and engineers without losing anything in translation. And building Planistry gave me the founder-mode product instinct that no job title can manufacture.
I'm drawn to consumer products where the stakes are real — where the experience either earns someone's trust or loses it. That's where I do my best work.

I lead from the middle — connecting users to strategy, engineering to outcomes, and ambiguity to decisions. I'm most useful on teams where someone needs to hold the full picture: understand the technical constraints, advocate for the user, and move the work forward when things get murky.
I've authored 147 user stories across 10+ shipped features on a platform serving 23M+ users — and pushed back on developers when a user need was about to get cut. I've done the discovery work to figure out why something couldn't be built the way we assumed — and found a better path. I care about shipping things that work for real people, not just things that close tickets.

When I'm not thinking about products, you'll find me deep in a Disney rabbit hole — rewatching Endgame, belting out Moana, or mapping out the perfect park itinerary. That love for the magic runs deep enough that I'm building a Disney travel planning service from scratch, using Claude Code to bring it to life. Learning how to build thoughtfully with AI — not just the hype, but the craft — is something I genuinely can't stop chasing. I'm a proud dog mom to Coco, my sassy little morkie who absolutely runs the house. And I never miss a USWNT match — I'm all in for fierce teamwork and underdog comebacks.
